Refunds and Returns

Returns:

Items  can be returned up to 30 days after delivery. When returning an item, the original shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee that the factory charges, will be deducted from the original price. The buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Children's Factory. When you notify us, we will contact Children's Factory to get a Return Authorization from them and then we will send you an email with details on returning the item . It is important that you follow their instructions. All of our items are shipped free. 

We offer free shipping but when you return an item the actual shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. Returns must be in new condition and in original box. Dolls that have been opened can not be returned.

Defective or Damaged Items:

We apologize for your trouble and will work with Children's Factory to get the item replaced. 

You must notify Children's Soft Play within 48 hours upon arrival, if a product is found to be defective or damaged.

Please take a photo of the damaged product and send it to us, so that we can contact Children's Factory

A determination will be made and details will be sent  on returning the product. Children's Factory will not accept returns which have not been pre-authorized by Children's Soft Play.​ 

DO NOT RETURN ITEMS to us or The Children's Factory without a RMA.
